#selfhelp The trick is, try to do the task you are trying to postpone for just four minutes.
Positively, you may continue some more time....say for another four minutes. May be after eight minutes of continuing the work may definitely bring a flow to that work.
Negatively, if you still don't feel like not working...fine..please stop the work. May be sit definitely for another four minutes in the time line.
