I got a new #Mobily micro sim prepaid card to be data only (iPad) I paid for 1gb package but never got activated so I used the money on normal data by MB so it was gone in 1 day, no indicator on these info on the site or the app. Calling 1100 was useless, they never called back after 4 days. Big thanks to @mobily1100 who told me that I used the prepaid credit like that and offered to refund and fix my account. Still waiting though...
