Hi you guys! My name is Emily & I'm writing this to explain more about my account, @BiebersPoP .
Basically, Pencils of Promise is an organization that raises money for underprivileged places to provide education for children. It's a great cause, & I've wanted to get involved with it for forever, so I decided to start a donation Twitter account. For every follower I get on http://www.twitter.com/BiebersPoP , I donate 5 cents to Pencils of Promise.
The money is either my own money that I earn, or I help raise it through a volunteer club at my school that I'm involved with. Either way - this is REAL.

I'm revamping the idea of a donation Twitter! Here are some new ideas I'm adding:
-I have a couple people who are willing to donate some of their money to Pencils Of Promise for every 500 followers I get. Also, they will donate twice as much money for every 1,000 followers!
-For every 500 followers, I will buy one or two Justin Bieber CDs and donate them to a children's hospital. The details aren't final, but I'll be setting that up.
Why am I doing this? A lot of people might think it's to get Justin's attention and ultimately meet him - I can tell you right now, that is NOT why I'm doing this. Sure, it'd be fun to be noticed, but the reason I'm doing this is to make a difference and raise money for a GREAT cause. I love to help and get involved in my community and this is my way of doing that.
Please spread the word & get people to notice what I'm doing - the main goal is to get more followers, so more money will be raised for PoP!
