"I have more than once shocked teachers by telling them that when kids ask me a question to which I don't know the answer, I say, 'I haven't the faintest idea' ...I do it in front of them so they can see me struggling with it, and can realize that not all adults are good at everything....Interestingly enough, this rather open way of dealing with children works quite well."
