LA CITY HALL - BLUEPRINT FOR CORRUPTION: Just like Godfather, nothing new here. They probably took the plan from Coppola scripts.
Overwhelm city hall, but planting key cronies/players throughout all city department in an attempt to create a stronghold on the city as each elected official uses their office and influence to facilitate each others projects on the agenda. Pet project, short-list of preferred cronies get special favor treatment. And everyone has skeletons in everyone's closet -- and everyone knows each others skeletons -- so it becomes one big, growing, symbiotic organism of a corruption cell.
The plan is to set key players in each department. Create a stronghold. Each elected candidate facilitates and approves agenda items. Pet projects and favoritism are in full effect. Each one has skeletons in the closet.
WELP, I really did come to the end of my rope on Garcetti denying me my public comment, so it's come down to the type of blogging like this, and the past week. (Didn't know I still had it in me? UN-THANKS for unleashing it!)
