@cesdrilon @Karen_DaviLa @mlq3 Got phone call from OFW Jose Mendoza in Misurata #Libya. They don't want to wait for 10 days for vessel hired by employer Daewoo to arrive because there's fighting 15 mins away. No help still from PH embassy. They're talking to a Bing Lavares at embassy.
