Just like the legislative cockroaches in Minnesota, Hawaii Legislators don't want Government finances and other shenanigans to see the light of day. Legislators here in Minnesota USA won't even consider legislation requiring Municipalities (city county schools, etc) to put their budgets and actual spending and revenue on the internet even though all such information is supposed to be public record.
Do you think they might be hiding something?
