#YouCut #Federal Aid to States: Washington has only ONE source for money--the #taxpayers. There is NO magic. Every dollar sent in so-called "aid to states" is ultimately taken from the federal taxpayers that live in the 50 states.
Federal #Politicians LOVE aid to states because they can use money spread out across taxpayers in the 50 states (LESS visible) to BUY #VOTES by bringing home the #pork to their districts (MORE visible). Hence, the rob the #taxpayers simply to assure their own re-election.
State and local #politicians also LOVE aid to states because they, too, can BUY RE-ELECTION by accepting money pick-pocketed from #taxpayers elsewhere to buy themselves votes in their local jurisdictions.
Stop the madness!
