Dear Government, I just had to say "no" to a girl selling cookies for her school because I didn't have enough money to buy a box. I have been applying for full-time jobs ever since I got laid off in 2008. Hard workers like me are unemployed because companies refuse to accomodate those of us who need to work more than one job to earn a decent living. They would rather keep employees chained to one low-paying job or bypass Americans for cheaper foreign labor rather than take a little less in profit (while using loopholes to avoid paying taxes.) I have cut way back on items considered to be luxuries, yet my bills still eat up what little money I make through part-time work. I blame you for this, Government, because you are doing more to hurt a large portion of the people who elected you and protect your rich buddies. We have been stepped on for too long. It's time to step on the toes of the rich. At least they can afford to move somewhere else if they don't like it.
