Online job applications are always terrible. This one auto-filled a form from uploading my resume (as usual, but much better than usual). But it messed up my first school. It looked like the three required fields were filled but I kept getting an error because two were the auto-filled so it couldn't see them (terrible programming). Turns out one of these needed a "school code" rather than the name of one. This required going to a database and the only way to do it was browse, and hope they had the school, or search by "starts with". Typed "SUNY" with no results. What?! Gave up and just submitted it as is.
