@TMobile you are a hypocritical contradiction. Stop lying about the 5Gb data plan you call unlimited. As a Android Unlimited Data plan subscriber, I deserve UNLIMITED (meaning not throttled) data every month. If you can't give that to me then it's not unlimited and you have a problem with misleading information and false advertisement. This is a problem due to the fact that false advertisement is against the law, or at least I think it is last time I checked.
In my opinion, I believe you should allow the Android Unlimited Data subscribers to have UNLIMITED (not throttled) data each month due to the fact that Android Unlimited Data is no longer offered and we're considered Grandfathered with that particular plan.
If you refuse to make this so, then you need to remove the word Unlimited from ALL advertisements as quick as possible or you will create a storm that will destroy you.
This is not a threat, it's a promise. All you're doing is making people angry by telling them they have Unlimited data and then having them find out you lied when they streamed one too many videos for the month.
Your Customers Service Representatives have been trained to try and explain this by saying ridiculous statements that are completely not true.
"I'm going to crash the system because I used over 5gb of data this month?"
So how exactly do you explain that now that you have a 10gb plan? Speaking of which, why is my Android Unlimited Data plan have a cap of 5gb still? Your infrastructure can obviously handle one handset to reach 10gb now. So what gives?
Us Android Unlimited Data plan subscribers deserve a truthful explanation as to why we pay for a 5gb capped plan, and we deserve it today!
