@DMAshak 2 #hypocrite #metrosexual @EarthActivists Are we really going to revisit this #Vegan / #Vegetarian insanity again? I grew up on a farm. I studied Animal Ethics in College.

Let me paint reality for you, and harshly, so you can wake up out of your fanciful perception of reality.

Something must die for any animal, including people to live. It is reality. I am not trying to be insensitive nor hyper-sensitive... It is just the way things are. It is a fact. If you are religious, blame your GOD. If you are not religious, consider Natural Law.

Why are you are so darn concerned about what the animals we meat eaters kill or have killed to survive? Do you think that makes you superiors to us carnivores/omnivores? You seem also concerned about the feelings and emotions of these animals regarding thoughts of dying. And this is because you assign human characteristics and emotions to animals. But this is only because animals move and have eyes and faces that are expressive and you can relate their movements and expressions to human emotions.

I wrote an article on this in college.. Here is a summary.

Plants have electric impulses similar to pain impulses in animals when they are subjected to stress and destructive force.

Plants just cannot move and/or otherwise communicate the pain they suffer in a way your senses easily perceive.

So going back to your analogy of asking what we meat eaters think the animals we eat feel so that we can eat and survive, I respond....

Imagine being a wheat plant. Imagine what it must feel like to have the Combine bearing down upon you, and being unable to move. (Do you even no what a combine is?) As a wheat plant, you can sense death around you, because of the smell (molecules) of death of thousands of other wheat plants dying before you has wafted past you for hours. Imagine how the ground shakes as the sickle comes toward you and the "pain" as the sickle cuts you off and your offspring are stripped from you in the machinery of the combine.

At least animals have the ability to run and struggle. Wheat and Soybean plants are defenseless and helpless precious little gifts of nature who have not hurt any other living thing that you savagely have killed for your selfish survival.

What kind of brutish thug are you, killing innocent helpless plants?

Yet because your helpless victims cannot run, struggle or otherwise give you obvious visual cues of their distress and "pain", you somehow feel superior to we meat eaters?

Hello - Is there anybody in there? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tkJNyQfAprY

Have I made my point now?

And I have not even got around to the insects you step on, the bacteria you spray disinfectants on nor the virus and bacteria your bodies white cells and antibodies execute everyday without you being aware of the killing machine that you Vegans and Vegetarians are.

To the Point, Vegetarians and Vegans are no more brutish nor insensitive than I am. You simply want to hide from your mind the reality of life by living in some fanciful Perception of Reality (where because plants can't express themselves, you don't have to admit something has to die for you to live)

I prefer to embrace true reality.

You have bought into the dumb-downed, sheoplizingn indoctrination of the Public Schools that your government has orchestrated.

Who do you think the government thinks are easier to control and manipulate - passive, sensitive Vegetarians living in fantasy land because they are too sensitive to admit that things must die for them to live or meat eaters?

Welcome to harsh, brutal reality where living creatures can only live through the death and consumption of other living creatures.

May I suggest you read "The Selfish Gene" to get a better grip on true reality of being a living organism on the planet earth.

Those were my thoughts.
