#wlfind Int'l pressure led to for-profit energy cos in Central America. In Belize, co bullied gov't & citizens. So, gov't nationalized the co. Seeing A LOT of this same sort of situation in #WikiLeaks cables: Large, powerful countries & companies treating smaller governments like dumb children, then taking advantage of people, resources; governments threatening to nationalize.
