Please see additional pages p. 21, 30-31, 41-48, 49-51.

Page 21 indicated that propofol and benzodiazapines were administered by another, propofol was administered in non-hospital setting without any appropriate medical indication, standards of care for administering propofol were not met, recommended equip were not present (precision dosing equip, life monitoring equip, and resuscitation equip.not present) and circumstances do not support self-administration.

Pg. 30 is the anesthesiologist consult which indicated:
Amount of propofol in toxicology report indicated levels similar to those found in general anesthesia for a major surgery (ie, intra-abdominal surgery) During major surgery, patient would be intubated, and ventilated by an anesthesiologist. Lorazepam being a long acting benzodiazepine would have accentuated the effects of propofol in cardiovascular and respiratory depression. This page also indicated that it would not be possible for MJ to self-administer the levels found in the system.

Lorazepam, as indicated by Dr. Nyguen, is not a medication that would cause the heart and breathing to stop alone, like propofol would, but would exacerbate the anesthesia properties of propofol when combined with propofol.

(page 41-48 is the toxicology report with all the tests done to determine what medications were in the patient's system)

Certain media is not forthcoming on the testimony regarding toxicology. They would rather you question whether MJ was an addict and or dependent, but the truth is, the only drugs that were present in MJ's system were ones prescribed by Murray. NO barbituates, NO Opiates, NO amphetamines NO alcohol, NO demerol, no morphine substances were found in MJ's system.

According to the autopsy report the most important findings are that MJ had mostly healthy organ tissue and that propofol levels were of that as compared to levels found in a general anesthesia surgery where the patient would have needed to be intubated and ventilated by an anesthesiologist with life support monitors, and resuscitation equipment readily available.

And that IS the truth.
