سأتحدث لكم عن طريقة اعتقال الدكتورة نهاد الشيراوي:
تم الأتصال بالدكتورة نهاد بتاريخ 3 ابريل من قبل مسؤولة الرواتب ليلى المال واخبرتها بأنها مطلوبة في الوزارة يوم الأثين 4 ابريل.
وصلت رسالة طلب التحقيق للدكتورة الأحد 3 ابريل من ادارة المستشفى وانه سيكون في مبنى الادارة في المستشفى و ليس الوزارة.
تم التحقيق اداريا بتاريخ 4 أبريل الساعة 11صباحا وكان المحققين هم بهاء فتيحة ، المستشار يحيى أيوب ، محمد القحطاني من الأجهزة الطبية.
تم سؤال د.نهاد عن المسيرات وعن التحريض عليها وقد نفت الدكتورة التهم وقالت انها لم تشارك إلا في مسيرة واحدة فقط بسبب منع الأسعاف.
في يوم الاثنين 5 أبريل اتصلت ليلى المال في سكرتيرة العناية المركزة و قالت لها ان د.نهاد مطلوبة في الادارة الساعة الواحدة ظهرا.
ذهبت د.نهاد الى الادارة الساعة تقريبا الواحدة وكانت هناك مسؤولة التمريض نورة و طلبت من العسكري أن يدخلها.
دخلت د.نهاد الى الأدارة و بعد قليل جاء رجل و قال لها أين سيارتك فقالت له في المواقف فقال لها أخرجي مع هؤلاء من الباب الخلفي بهدوء و اتبعيهم بسيارتك و كانت معهاالدكتورة خلود الصياد و قاموا بأخذ هواتفهم النقالة.
تبعتهم د.نهاد ومعها د.خلود الصياد بسيارتها الى مبنى التحقيقات في العدلية و كانوا بملابس مدنية و يركبون سيارة بيك.
وصلوا الى مبنى التحقيقات ودخلوا بالسيارة ثم ادخلوها الى قسم الشرطة النسائية و كانت كبيرة الشرطيات تدعى سبيكة.
فور وصولهم قاموا بوضع رباط أسود على أعينهم واجلسوهم على كرسي ووجههم مقابل الحائط و هناك وجدوا رولا الصفار و جليلة العالي و ندى ضيف في نفس المكان كلواحدةفي غرفةعلى حدة.
بعد حوالى ساعة اخذوها مع د.خلود بالباص الي مستشفى القلعة وادخلوهم العيادة وهم مغمضي العينين.
هناك جاءت امرأة و قامت بشتمهم و تهديدهم و البصق عليهم و صفعهم هي ود. خلود الصياد و كانت تسأل من أي طائفة هم.
بعد ذلك تم انزالها الى الطابق السفلي و ادخالها الى مكتب فيه5 محققين و قاموا بسؤالها عما حدث اثناء الازمة واستمر التحقيق عدة ساعات.
بعد التحقيق تم أخذها الى الطابق العلوي مرة اخري و هناك كان نفس الظابط و قال لها من حرضك هل علي العكري أم غسان ضيف ام من؟ من المجرمين.
بعدها اخذوها الى مبنى الشرطة النسائية وسمح لها بمكالمةاقل من دقيقة لتقول انها بخير. ثم اتصلوابأهلها لجلب بعض الاغراض.
التحقيق الثاني كان يوم الجمعة 8 أبريل وكان مع 4 محققين وكانوا كلما لم تعجبهم اجابتها نادوا نورة لتقوم بضربها وصفعها.
قبل دخولها على المحققين يوم الجمعة تم ادخالها الى مكتب مبارك بن حويل و طلب منها أن تتعاون معه.
بعد التحقيق الثاني والذي امتد الى ما منتصف الليل أعادتها الشيخة نورة الى مبنى الشرطة النسائية بنفسها و قالت للشرطيات أن يبقوها واقفة طوال الوقت لأنها لم تتعاون معهم.
بعد كل هذا تعرضت الدكتورة نهادالى انهيار عصبي في تلك الليلة وفي صباح السبت حوالي الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحا تم أخذها الى مبنى النيابة العسكريةللتحقيق و استمر الى العصر و في جميع مرات التحقيق كانت دكتورة نهاد تجبر على التوقيع وعيونها مغمضة.
يوم السبت 9 ابريل تم نقلها مع د.جليلة العالي و رولا الصفار الى مركز شرطة مدينة عيسى.
عانت د.نهاد في مركز شرطة مدينة عيسى من الضغط النفسي وطريقة المعاملة حيث لم يسمح لها في بداية الأيام بالحديث.
كما تم وضع د.نهاد مع سجينات ومتهمات بتهم جنائية وأخلاقية.
تم الأفراج عن الدكتورة نهاد بتاريخ 4 مايو 2011 وقد اجبرت مع الطبيبات الأخريات على التوقيع على اوراق تفيد بانهم لم يتعرضوا للتعذيب.

Dr Nehad was called on 3 April by Payroll Officer Layla AlMal & told her that she's required at the ministry on Monday 4 April.
Invesgtion letter arrived to Dr Nehad on 3 April from hospital management that it'll be at the hospital building not the ministry.
Invstgation was on 4 April at 11am, by Baha Fetaiha, consultant Yahya Yaqoob, moh'd Qahtani from medical equipments.
Dr Nehad was asked about calling for protests, and she denied the charges.
She said she'd participated in one protest only when ambulances were prevented.
On Monday 5 April,Layla AlMal called secretary at intensive care & told her that Dr Nehad required by the management at 1 pm.
Dr Nehad went to the management almost 1 pm, where chief nurse Noora was there, and asked the police officer to let her in.
Dr Nehad entered to the management & after a while a man came and asked her where was her car, she said at the parking.
He told her to follow those from the back door quietly with her car.
Dr Khulood Al Sayyad was with her. Their cell phones were taken away.
Dr Nehad &Dr;Khulood followed them to CID building in Adliya. They were n civilian cloths &riding;a pick up.
They arrived to CID building & entered by car.They were taken to female Dept. Chief Officer was called "Sabeeka".
The minute they arrived, they were blindfolded and were asked to set on chair facing the wall.
And there they saw @alsaffarrula ,Jalila Al Alaali, & @NadaDhaif in the same place each one in seperate room.
After about 1 hour she was taken with Dr Khulood via bus to AlQlaa hospital &were;taken to clinic blindfolded.
Woman came cursed them,threatened them,spat on them,slapped them, &asked;them which "sector" they belonged to.
Then she was taken to the lower floor and entered to office where there were 5 investigators.
They asked her about what happened during the crisis. The investigation lasted for several hours.
After the investigation she was taken to the upper floor again.
The same police officer asked her "who has incited you? Was it dr AlEkri,or Ghassan Dhaif,or which criminal?
She was then taken to female police building & allowed to call her family for less than a minute to tell them she was okay.
Then they called her family to ask them to bring her some staff.
The second investigation was on Friday 8 April with 4 investigators.
Every time they didn't like her answer, they were calling "Noora" to hit her and slap her.
Before she was taken 2 investigators on Friday, she was taken 2Mubarak Bin Howail Office.
He asked her to "cooperate" with them.
After the 2nd investigation which lasted until after midnight, Sh. Noora took her back to female police building.
She told female police to keep her standing all the time because she didn't "cooperate" with them.
After all of this dr Nehad had Nervous breakdown on that night.
On Sat morning at 11 am,she was taken to military prosecution building for investigation lasted until afternoon.
After each investigation, Dr Nehad was forced to sign while blindfolded noon.
Dr Nehad suffered at Isa Town Station from psychologic pressure & bad treatment, she wasn't allowed to speak on her 1st days.
Dr Nehad was putt with criminals accused with criminal and ethical charges.
Dr Nehad was released on 4th of May after she was forced with other female doctors to sign that they weren't tortured.
