120114 Hangeng in Milan Fanaccount

We knew from Hangeng’s staff weibo accounts that they were going to travel from Florence to Milan on the 14th. We live in Venice so we took the train to Milan at 5:27 am, and we got there at 8: 30 a.m.
Thanks to a friend in Florence ( @derpguren ) who was at the station we found out that he left for Milan at 8:55 a.m. and that he would arrive at 10:40 a.m.
So we waited for him at the station. During the wait we went and bought gifts for him, wine and chocolates. Then we made a sign which read “International 韓庚” and then “welcome” in chinese. We were 15 people.
We knew from the arrival boards that he was going to arrive at platform 13, so we positioned ourselves in front of it, standing in line with the sign in the middle.
We were incredibly nervous, but we stayed very silent and composed, because we had heard that he was a bit shy.
The train arrived at the station and people started to get off. Time went by and the train emptied, but still there was no sign of him or the crew. We were starting to worry about him not being on the train at all when we saw him and three members of his crew walking down the platform towards us from afar.
He was wearing a black cap, an elegant grey coat, black trousers and boots, and shades.
He was walking quietly with his suitcase when he lifted his head and saw us; and he immediately hid behind a pillar (he was probably startled because he didn’t expect to be welcomed by so many fans). After talking with the staff for a bit he came out walking behind the crew members, while one of them filmed us with a camera.
When he got closer we saluted him and he just passed by us bowing and saying hello back very quietly. He didn’t stop or take our presents.
He seemed more than a little taken aback.
So we followed him inside the station from a respectful distance; then one of us ( @Didi_AW_ ) called him briskly; he stopped and turned, so she and another one ( @carolctry ) tried to give him the gifts again. At first he didn’t seem to want them, but then he took them politely and said in chinese “Oh, all this stuff?”. He still looked very surprised and almost intimidated. He put them in one of the many giant shopping bags he had with him (they had a lot of suitcases).
Thankfully we had a chinese girl in the group ( @Aliceluoluo ) so she helped the staff to get to taxis. She told them to take the elevator and explained how to get to floor ground. Meanwhile we walked down the stairs to wait for them there, but for a while they didn’t appear (they probably got confused about which floor they were supposed to go to).
Then we found him again and we followed him and the staff out of the station in the taxi parking lot.
He looked like he was going to walk away, so @Didi_AW_ stopped him again calling his name out and then trying to ask him to take a picture with us in chinese. The reaction was kind of comical because he didn’t get a word (the sentence was all messed up) and he said “what…?!” to one of his crew members with a very surprised face, then repeating the chinese phrase in a low voice, like he was trying to make sense of it. Then gesturing @Didi_AW_ managed to get the message across and he was like “Ooh, photo, photo. Yes.” in a very accented english. He looked very quiet, and at first we thought we were bothering him, but then he was very nice and polite so we understood he was actually well-disposed to us being there.
Then he asked “All together?” and we said yes. So he left his suitcase with the smiling staff and said “Here, here” pointing at where he wanted the pic to be taken. He then standed in the midst of us and the staff took two photos for us (also with their own cellphones). He smirked.
Then a girl ( @FAILTEUK ) asked him the autograph. He said yes so we stepped forward too, always paying attention not to stand too close or be noisy, seeing how taken aback and quiet he looked.
We (@cosmichiccup, @SeynaToukai, @Didi_AW_ and @Sunako__Chan) had prepared pictures for him to sign, @carolctry had a copy of Geng Xin, others paper sheets or something else.
All the time we were careful not to bring up anything that had something to do with Super Junior so he wouldn’t feel bothered or upset. He signed very professionally and very quickly. Meanwhile one of the crew members kept filming us with his pro camera.
When he finished signing our stuff he said “Who’s pen?” which kind of sounded like “ooz pen” because of his strong accent (which was very endearing). His voice was incredibly soft and low, almost a whisper.
He then walked away saying “thank you” and “bye” in english, stopped to talk with the staff for a second and then walked into a bar across the street. He walks very elegantly and coolly. We thought it was better not to follow him since he looked so shy and still a little lost.
So we waited for their van to come and pick him up together with the smiling staff. We then started chatting away happily with them thanks to the help of @Aliceluoluo which translated from chinese to italian. They were very very nice to us and we asked them some things.
First we asked if Hangeng was actually bothered by us since he looked so quiet and they assured us that he actually was very happy to be welcomed that way, he just didn’t expect that many people to come (which surprised us since we were just 15 and also very tranquil).
Then we asked if the fanaccount which was spreading on the web about an Hangeng tour stopping in Italy (which also mentioned Super Junior but, again, we didn’t bring it up thinking it would have been inappropriate) was true and they looked quite astonished and said it was fake.
We also asked them when were they going to leave and they said on the 17th.
They told us that the photoshoot was going to be done outside Milan and they advised us that since the photoshoot isn’t going to be out until May it would be better not to publish Hangeng’s pictures with his hat off before that day, not to spoil the concept.
We helped them with infos about the city and chatted about a bit of everything.
The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly (we even ended up saying that we loved them and they laughed).
We also asked if they could take a picture of us with a polaroid to then give to Hangeng. They took two, one to give to him and one for us to keep. We wrote “Italy <3” on the one to give to Hangeng, and one of the staff members put it in his pocket with care.
Afterwards we asked if we could also take a picture with them and they happily obliged, then saying that we looked very pretty.
For a while they had a bit of trouble with the van (it couldn’t find them) but in the end they managed. We stepped back and let the Italian and Chinese crew put the luggage in the trunk, and then we saw Hangeng approaching us again.
He waved, said “bye” and “thank you” and turned twice toward us before stepping into the van. We answered him both in chinese and english. We then waved to the back of the van while it was leaving.
All in all he left us with the impression of a very elegant, beautiful man, with very delicate features and a slender figure. His complexion is a bit dark and smooth and he smelled nice. He was very quiet, almost didn’t smile, and sometimes looked a bit lost. But he was very polite and well-disposed all the same, and spoke in a very soft, low voice.
