During the investor call for Google's Q4 2011 financial report, CEO Larry Page revealed that there are now 250 million Android devices in use across the world. This is 50 million more than the number that was reported in November. Page also revealed that there have been 11 billion apps downloaded from the Android Market so far and reiterated figures touting 3.7 million devices activated over the Christmas 2011 weekend and 700,000 Android devices being activated on a daily basis.
