This feedback made me tear up. It's about my appearance at the "Take Your Kids to Work Day" at the National Science Foundation.
"Hi Steve,
THANK YOU for coming to NSF – especially on such short notice. The kids really enjoyed your performance. In fact, here’s what one staffer sent to me this morning:
“My granddaughter is shy. When she arrived, she was hesitant to talk or interact with the other children. By the end of the program, I could not get her out of the room with “The Rapper” She loved the program so much, she was dancing with the music and twirling in the chairs. When I drove her home, she jumped out of my car leaving the car door open, she flew up the stairs and into the front door, yelling “mommy, mommy,” and proceeded to tell her what had taken place that day. Thank you!”"
