REFUND INFO: Thank you all for your patience with this. We will be issuing communications later this week to advise on next steps for fans that had tickets for the Friday and Saturday of the 2012 FORMULA 1 SANTANDER BRITISH GRAND PRIX but had difficulties attending the event. We apologise for this short delay while we ensure that we have effective systems and processes in place to deal with queries satisfactorily.
