CHAPTER 14
"Maria, can I talk to you?" Nick asked, grabbing my wrist and pulling me into his room. I looked back at Madison and held up my hand and mouthed 'Five Minutes'. He nodded, smiled, then turned back to his conversation with Louis, Thomas, and Julian.
"What do ya need, Nick?"
"I need your advice..."
I paused. Nick? Nick Mara? Asking me for advice? Well this was a first. Nick saw my expession and started laughing. His smile was absolutely gorgeous...
"I want to give something to Nikki.."
"Well you could give her some flowers, or chocolate, or you could, you know, share your chicken nuggets..." Nick's smiled widened when I mentioned chicken nuggets...I swear, this guy...
"I already did all of that!"
"GASP! You shared your chicken nuggets?! With Nikki?! Man, you must really be in love with her, Nick." Nick slapped my arm playfully.
"Oh, shut up, Maria. Anyways, I wanted to give Nikki...A promise ring."
I froze. A promise ring. I jumped into Nick's arms giving him a tight hug.
"MY BABY'S GETTING MARRIED!" I cried onto Nick's shoulder. Nick pulled me off of him and gave me 'The Look'.
"My God, Maria...its going to take a few years for us to get married!"
"I Know, I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I just got alittle emotional that's all..." I said pretending to wipe a tear, and laughing alittle. Nick rolled his eyes at me and I smiled, punching his arm.
"No, seriously Nick, that's great. But what do you need my advice for?"
"I was planning on having someone bring her down to the lobby, and I'll surprise her with dinner, and then ill ask her, about the promise ring...is that a good idea?" I thought about it for a moment then I smiled. I imagined Nikki's face smiling her perfect smile and her blue eyes sparkling, like they always did when she smiled.
"She'd really love that, Nick." Nick smiled sweetly at me the clapped his hands together.
"Wait, Maria, can you bring her down? I need her to wear something fancy..."
"You got it Nick!" I said as I closed the door behind me. Just as I was about to walk across the hall I walked into Nikki.
"Nikki!" I yelled as I backed up and faced her.
"Maria? What were you doing in Nick's room?"
I froze, thinking about the best excuse.
"Nothing, just talking." I said weakly.
"Talking about what?" She asked, eyeing me carefully.
"Nothing. Just stuff about the tour and all that stuff..." She raised and eyebrow but bought it. I smiled at her then walked past her into Madison's room. I hurried in and closed the door behind me and slid down the door.
"Babe? Is that you?" Madison called from the bathroom. I smiled to myself and answered, "yeah, its me!"
Madison walked out of the bathroom with his basketball shorts and a towel on his head, no shirt.
"Madison...what are you doing?" I asked laughing at him. I could smell the axe shampoo he decided to use today. I could help but get closer to him. And as I did, he spun me around then picked me up princess style. He kisses my lips softly then threw me on the bed.
"I just took a shower. Maria, don't forget we leave for Denver tomorrow." He said as he smiled sweetly at me. He knew I was exited to be back for a few days, I missed colorado, so badly. I smiled back at him.
"How could I forget?"
Madison then walked back into the bathroom, then came back out with a shirt on and no towel. He jumped on the bed next to me and wrapped his arms around my shoulder.
"What would I do without you?" He asked, smiling at me as he stared into my eyes. I Kissed his nose and cuddled into his chest. He rested his head on my head and we just stayed like that, thinking. That's when I realized it. I CHEATED on Madison, I should've been the one chasing after him, and yet he chased after me. He didn't care that I cheated on him. He really wanted to be with me. I looked up into Madison's beautiful hazel eyes and smiled.
"I love you, Madison."
He smiled and leaned in to kiss me. I brought his lips to mine and I felt him wrap his arms around my waist. I brought my arms up and wrapped them around his neck, and played with his hair alittle. I felt him smile as we kissed. I couldn't be happier...
Our kiss was interrupted by a slight buzzing from my phone. I sighed and pulled away to check my phone.

Tell Nikki to get ready :)
I got up and kissed Madison one last time.
"Where are you going?" He asked, disapointment in his voice and a frown on his face.
"I gotta go help a friend out. Don't worry, ill be back." I said with a smiled. I walked out the door and ran across the hall. I swear our door was was closer than normal, because I slammed into it. Once I straightened up, I opened the door and ran straight to Nikki.
"Nikki! Get dressed in something really formal! NOW!" I yelled at her, out of breath. She gave me a questioning look but got up and walked to the bathroom. 45 minuetes later she was dressed in a skin tight black dress that showed off her curves perfectly, she had her makeup done (the usual black eyeliner and mascara with brown eyeshadow), and she looked absolutely stunning. I stared at her in awe, she looked amazing. But again, my phones buzzing interrupted my thinking. I looked down and checked my messages.

Bring her down! :) wish me luck?
I texted back 'Good luck' then grabbed Nikki's wrist and dragged her out to the hall and into the elevator.
"Maria, where are we going?" She asked as we walked into the elevator.
"You'll see!" I said exitedly. I couldn't help but smile, Nikki's not going to see it coming! When we walked out of the elevator Nikki's eyes widened and her jaw droped. She was in complete shock.

BOOM! And there you have it! Chapter 14! :) what do you thinks gonna happen? Is Nikki gonna say yes?
