Madison-" Is this today?"
Mom-"Yes Madison it's today, I'm sorry that not everyone is here but you must go on"
Madison-"I know I know"
Mom-"Alright, I'm going to check on your dad"
She went into the bedroom. You made yourself some coffe. You went back up stairs.
Madison-"Ugh you can do this Madison, you can do this" you said it over and over again. Today you were the main singer at church. You have been practicing for weeks. You knew you could sing well, but you taught yourself. Over the summers your parents would send you to London, because your cousin was signing up for the XFactor and they wanted you to peaches with him. I you haven't noticed your cousin is your step cousin and he is on the XFactor now. His name is Harry, Harry Styles. Pretty catchy name. He was so rude though. He would pick on you, tell you, you can't do anything. He was buddy buddy with your brother Zach.
You turned the radio on. Mean came on by Taylor Swift.
Madison-"You with your voice like nails on a chalk board callin me out when I'm wounded, you picking on the weaker man, you can take me down with just one single blow, but you don't know you don't know-"
Mom-"MADISON LET'S GO"
Madison-"Coming"
You started running downstairs, when your phone started ringing. You turned around. You ran up the stairs grabbed it. It was Laney.
Laney-"Hey Madison, are you coming, I'm so excited" "ME TOO!" "Danielle get out of here"
Madison-"Dani is with you?"
Laney-"Yeah, everyone is we have,Karnia, Sharon, Danielle, and Chasity."
Those were your bff's.
Chasity-"Good luck Madison"
Karnia-"Your gonna be great, Madison"
Sharon-"I can't wait to see you"
Madison-"Thanks guys, am I spea"
Laney-"Yes!"
You laughed.
You talked to them the while ride.
Madison-"Okay I will see y'all there, bye"
Dani,Laney,Chasity,Sharon,Karnia-"Bye Madison, Good luck"
Then they hung up.
Mom-"They are so sweet"
Madison-"I know"
Dad-"Did you practice?"
Madison-"Yes dad, like a million times this morning"
Mom-"Did you check on Carmel, and Brownie?"
Madison-"Duh, they are my favorite horses"
Mom-"Excuse me!"
Madison-"Yes ma'am I checked them" you were an southern girl, country, you had this thick country accent, and always used manners, approaching elder people with the wrong title is rude, yes ma'am no ma'am, yes sir no sir, not yup huh. Manners come first.
You were taking a sip of your coffee when your dad hit an bump.
Madison-"Shoot!"
Dad-"What?"
Madison-"I spilt my coffee on me and the truck, I'm sorry dad"
Mom-"Here" she said giving you napkins. You started drying your legs since you were in an skirt.
Dad-"Madison it's okay, just make sure you clean the truck up when we get home"
Madison- you started laughing.
Mom-"It will be okay right now Madison"
Dad-he turned around and nodded" it will be okay just dry yourself off, so you look beautiful" you smiled.
Just then a truck horn went,
Madison-"DAD!" you yelled. The truck started spinning out. Then something else hit it. The truck started to flip. It flipped three times, then you fell out of the truck. Your face was in the concrete. You looked up. The semi front was messed up. You looked behind you and your truck was still flipping. You heard my mom scream. You got up and started running to the truck. Finally the truck came to a stop. You got closer. You couldn't see your parents the truck was upside down. You got on the ground. You saw your dads eyes blink.
Madison-"Daddy?"
Dad-"Madison? Baby, sing sing for me please me and your mother, I want to hear your voice" he said. You started crying and nodded.
The only song that could fit the mood was your cousins song moments.
Madison-"if we could only have this life one more day, if we could turn back time......"your voice cracked, you took an deep breath "if we could only turn back time you know i'll be your life your voice, your reason to be, my love my heart, is breathing for this......Moments in time, I'll find the words say, before you leave me today" you sang.
You-"Dad? Mom?"
Dad-"beautiful Madison,Me and your mother both love you, please just leave Madison we will always be in your heart"
Mom-"yes honey, please leave and go I will always be with you, I will be your guardian angel, Madison" she said in a scratchy voice. You looked over at both parents.
You-"I love you dad, I love you mom, I love you both" you said. You looked at your dad. He wasn't moving. You knew what happened. You looked at your mom and the same with her. They were gone, dead deceased.
You laid there crying.
Madison-"Mommy? Daddy?" you said. You couldn't believe that just happened. You never thought they'd die like that. You were crying when the ambulance. They tried removing you from your parents but it wasn't possible. You kept running back. Finally the police showed up and held you.
Some team showed up and flipped the truck over. You saw your parents they were holding hands. You smiled but cried in the officers chest. They made you sit in a ambulance and cleaned you up.
Nurse-"Ma'am? What's your name"
Madison-"Madison..."
Nurse-"Madison?" (gonna use my full name people...okay?)
Madison-"Madison Chelsea Pagels"
Nurse-"okay thankyou, lovely name by the way"
Madison-"Your welcome, and thankyou, why did you need my name?"
Nurse-"We have to find your god parents, seeing your par-"
Madison-"skip it, so your sendin me away!"
Nurse-"I'm afraid so Madison"
Madison-"No! You can't send me away! I don't want to live there!"
Nurse-"it's in there 'will' it says if they die before your 18 they have to send you to your god parents, and who are you talking about?"
Madison- you didn't say anything you just started crying. Your parents were gone, your family is gonna be separated. Your little sister will live with your aunt, your brother is gonna live with another one of your aunts, older sister is over 18, and you are gonna be sent to London.
A car showed up. You knew who it was. They all ran out of the car before it even stopped. They ran over to you.
Karnia,Chasity,Laney,Sharon,Danielle-"MADISON OMG ARE YOU OKAY!" you looked at them. They knew you weren't okay. They hugged you.
Sharon-"I'm sorry Madison"
Dani-"Me too"
Madison-"It's not your fault" that's when it hit you. You ran to the people who were investigators.
Madison-"How!"
Investigators-"What?"
Madison-"How did I fall out of the truck!"
Investigators-"We believe your dad unbuckled you, he has this serious rope burn that had seat belt material on it"
You didn't say anything you just fell to the ground.
Your church concert was cancelled. You went back home. Everyone came back. Your little sister, brother everyone. They all were crying. You slept with your little sister that night.
The next morning you all packed. Your Aunt Lisa came and took Faith.
Faith-"I'm gonna miss you Madison and Zach" she was crying. You were like her mother. You protected her.
Madison-"I'm gonna miss you to Faith, text me okay!" she nodded.
Zach-"Bye Faith, I will see you soon" it's true both oh your aunts lived in New York, just an couple miles away. So why were you being sent to London?
Then your Aunt Carolyn showed up.
Zach-"Tell Harry I said hey for me, Madison are you gonna be okay?" you nodded. He hugged you. "Good luck mad(nickname!)"
Madison-"Bye Zach" you waved as they drove off. It was just you. You didn't even get to say bye to your friends. No one at school. A car showed up. You got in and they drove you to the air port. Before you got on the plane, Faith texted you.
*I'm takin your horses! And they will be sent to you hopefully, nvm we have to keep them sorry Madison miss you already * you didn't get to text back though. You got to London in eight hours. You saw her. Your aunt. You loved her but being separated by your family by an ocean was terrible.

You smiled a weak smile.
Madison-"Hi aunt Annie"
Annie-she hugged you"I'm sorry Madison I truly am" she helped grab your things. she packed in her car. You were looking out he window. Remembering ever thing that happened yesterday.
Annie-"I guess you can take Harry's rook right now, he made it through the XFactor so he won't be back in a while"
Madison-"okay"..........
