He was a genius at marketing, but relied on lawyers to handle legal matters. The lawyers manipulated things so THEY benefited also. He admitted to me, he did not read legal documents because they were too complicated and long. He trusted the lawyers he hired to do it. Michael was easily taken advantage of because he was so trusting.
