#meditation-tips - #empath-tips #reiki-tips - While analyzing many traditions and practices surrounding meditation and energy work, it is often stumbled upon that the "mastering of the breath" and breathing is thought to be one of the single-most transformative tool to help balance the other energies and enter into deeper states of energetic, meditative, and conscious awareness and/or empowerment. It's also in my experience as an empath, the number one tool to:

clear myself, heighten my natural energy 'buzz', empower the solar plexus/focus/clarity, third eye, and other chakras, realize a deeper concentration on the moment(no-thought), help me facilitate better, more profound and effectual energy healing work, and ultimately, it helps me tune into the inspiration and love of spirit that's available when we fight our thoughts into surrender by letting go and taking time every day to be still, utilize specific techniques to get into our energy body, release unhealthy energy, connect with our guides for discernment, and work to continually get back to the place of no-thought, higher energy awareness, flow, and peace.

Our final and most fundamental goal during a breathing practice is to dramatically heighten the energy and chakras through:

breathing prana(chi, energy), collecting energy(meditation, reiki, qigong, etc)(energy flows more with a quiet mind)), releasing unhealthy and/or negative prana, and most importantly, to quiet thought and thinking consistently enough to maintain or enter into deeper meditation so that spirit can take us even deeper into intuitively guided breathing and exhales to remove blockages, tune in, and let go of heavy energy.

A day in the life of an empath - It's not uncommon for an empath to spend 5 or 10 minutes in meditation or the shower practicing deep, slow, repetitive exhales from the diaphragm as they charge their chakras, clear, and release any empathic debris. Sometimes deeper releasing and/or prayer is also necessary and/or helpful as the spirit comes into unresolved emotional trauma, collective pain, the felt pain of others, and/or subconsciously held tension/energy.
