Annual David Cook Birthday Donation Campaign - 12/20/2012 - Please RT!

Since 2009, David’s fans have raised over $34,000 in birthday donations to either the Race for Hope or the LA Marathon teams, both benefiting brain tumor research. We want to continue the tradition again this year! So, this year we are suggesting a $30 donation for his 30th birthday on 12/20/12. Of course, a donation of any amount is fantastic.
