Jaguars owner Shad Khan on spending $141M and finishing 2-14: "When you look at the amount of time and the amount of resources we spent and what we had to show for it, very little. Then you say, 'What do I have to do? What is the right thing to do?' We have to start fresh and we have to get people that believe in the mission and people who aren't going to throw their hands up."
