I first joined Adventure Quest back in 2007, when my friend introduced me to the game. While he also introduced me to Dragon fable, I was more attracted towards AQ because of its fun, easy going story line as well as the Art. Back then, I was a casual player and logged in once a week at most. Soon the pressure of studies and other activities, I began drifting away from the game and came once in a while to check the updates.

Then two years ago, I had to move between countries for my education. I was lost a midst new school, new people and a new environment. The only thing I had with me was my Laptop and a net connection. After hours of studies, co-curriculars, I needed to turn to something that was familiar.

That's when I remembered about AQ. This game became the catalyst for me to adapt to the changes in my life, providing me the inner familiarity to cope with the challenges. Also it introduced me to the forums where I could communicate and discuss with like minded people about familiar interests.
While, this game may take a second seat in my life, I will always remember and cherish it for helping me cope with an important transition in my life.
