Steps to give #Adhan :-

1. Perform Wudu (Ablution)
2. Face towards Qiblah (Kaaba)
3. Make the intention (Niyat to call adhan)
4. Optionally place your index finger in your ears.
5. Lift your hands, palms open, and put your fingers in your ears as you give the call. Turn your head to the right as you say “Hayya ‘ala-s-salah” and to the left as you say “Hayya ‘ala-l-falah”.
6. Recite the following slowly, in loud & clear voice

1} Allahu Akbar
God is Great
(said four times)

2} Ashhadu an la ilaha illa Allah
I bear witness that there is no god except the One God.
(said two times)

3} Ashadu anna Muhammadan Rasool Allah
I bear witness that Muhammad is the messenger of God.
(said two times)

4} Hayya 'ala-s-Salah
Hurry to the prayer (Rise up for prayer)
(said two times)

5} Hayya 'ala-l-Falah
Hurry to success (Rise up for Salvation)
(said two times)

For the pre-dawn around 5a.m. (Fajr) prayer, this phrase is inserted after the fifth part above, towards the end:

As-salatu Khayrun Minan-nawm
Prayer is better than sleep
(said two times)

6} Allahu Akbar
God is Great
[said two times]

7} La ilaha illa Allah
There is no god except the One God
