Lots of people out exercising 2day: run, walk, tennis, basketball. #beautiful I did a quick total body workout: leg presses, leg curls, chest presses, lat pull downs, calf extensions, and one of my personal favorites, power cleans and press. Don't carry Monday's stress over 2 Tuesday.
