Message from our Barrister in Cyprus: The revised town planning zones for Pissouri have been published under notification No. 193 in Supplement No. III, Part II, of Cyprus Gazette no. 4538 dated 22nd March 2013. We attach copy of the revised plan which shows that zone Γ3 continues to apply to your plots of land. The attached plan shows that neighbouring residential zone H5 has been revised on the south side of the old road up to and including part of plot No. 462 (locality Rotsos) which abuts your plot No. 18.

I thought it proper to let you know and inform you of your rights under the Law. By virtue of the said notification you are entitled to lodge an objection against the notification, analyzing the reasons for your objection, to the Minister of the Interior within 8 months of the date of publication of the notification. I recommend that you consider the advisability of lodging an objection to the Minister which will be considered by a special committee who will advise the Minister. In this way you will show that you continue to assert your rights that you have every right to claim revision of Zone H5 to include your plots of land. The fact that zone H5 has been revised under the above notification to include part of plot 462 (Rotsos) next your plot No. 18 is encouraging.
