It's been First Amendment law for decades that (1) Americans can't be held responsible for the criminal acts their inflammatory speech "inspires" in others (Claiborne v NAACP) and (2) Americans have the absolute constitutional right to advocate the justifiability of violence against the government (Brandenburg v Ohio), but apparently, nobody told @SullyDish about any of this:
