If you were at the British Embassy dinner tonight for Prince Harry, here's what you'd be having:

Salad of roasted scallops and avocado with sesame lime dressing

Roasted veal with white asparagus, porcini mushrooms, watercress and creamed spinach with summer pudding and vanilla creme. (Summer pudding is a bread with mixed fresh berries and then baked).

Wines include Cakebread Cellare Savignon blanc (2011), Stags Leap Wine Cellars Artemis (2007) and Pol Rogers Reserve Champagne.
