Discussions in June 2011. Sadly for Duff and Phelps, this leaves them with absolutely no room for claiming to have been unaware of the amounts involved in the Ticketus Deal until August 2011. Amounts clearly indicated in June 2011.
Grier was aware, always aware. I'll publish further information in due course which dismisses his claims of non access to the data room/due diligence report. He had access and self confirms in an email.
Duff and Phelps need to rework their previous excuses or give themselves a severe memory jog.
