Vision Acceleration Strategy is a multifaceted strategy that has variously been adopted by the National Government at various levels to date. It is based on a PPP foundation that seeks to empower in any given entity and or sector which I hereby present as an alternative to the norm so far as Training and Development is concerned at City Hall. It can therefore be used for adhoc advocacy programmes by the Governor through the Department of Social Services and Housing but for purposes of this Audit/Assessment I present the same for purposes of Human Resource Development.
The concept powered by Raspberry Adams Ltd offers numerous packages that could be tailor made on the ok of the County Executive (Public Service) to awaken the 10,000 strong labor force from decades of slumber.
It is important that the strategy is studied for practicability to allow take off in this Quarter. The same shall be suggested to the Kenya School of Government-going forward.
