Re the soup, the recipe is OK as it stands but can be improved. I added a good dose of ketchup right at the end - about 4 tablespoons. The sharpness and sugar worked well.
And next time I'll go with 3 stock cubes, not 2. Of course, if you use a smaller pot 2 will be OK.
Oh, and it's extremely filling!
