In the Quarterly FunVax Review in June, 2007, the report lists the objective of a project listed as ID: 149AZ2 as a preparation of a viral vector that will inhibit/decrease the expression of a specific disruption gene (VMAT2) within a human population. It further indicates in the abstract that six method of virus dispersal were tested including high altitude release, water supply release, insect transmission, and various methods of diffusion.

Abstract –
Because of the vesicular stomatitis virus’ ability to infect brain cells and its two step life cycle, cytolytic infections in mammals and transmission by insects, it provided a starting point to design an airborne virus that has the ability to infect the respiratory system as well as brain cells.
The newly designed virus contains the typical VSV genome, a homologous region to VMAT2 and a gene from adenovirus that allows attachment to the coxsackie-adenovirus receptor (CAR) on host cells.
This design allows the virus to infect the respiratory tract where cytolytic infection occurs and then subsequent diffusion across the blood brain barrier to infect brain cells.
600 strains of the virus were tested in duplicate on 1200 mice.
Mice were inoculated via needle and brains tissue examined three weeks after inoculation.
VSV287 had the least amount of endogenous VMAT2 protein and will be further tested to verify that it is the most efficient of the 600 strains.

Statistically it is unlikely that the percentage of autistic children will ever exceed 10% in any given population demographic which still leave 90% to develop other neurological illnesses and diseases which can be treated through pharmaceuticals.

Italian senator wants to publish secret agreement with the U.S. on chemtrails

Den Italian Senator Domenico Scilipoti has recently requested that the Italian government through the Prime Minister publishes declassified documents about chemtrails.
The senator from “Forza Italia” mean that the Italian government made secret agreements with the United States.
According Scilipoti met Italy a bilateral agreement in 2002 with the U.S. on climate research. The following year, in 2003, gave the former Defence Minister Antonio Martino U.S. Air Force permission to fly over Italian airspace.
From that moment on, our country’s population exposed to major health risks, leading Senator. The flights emit heavy metals and chemicals in the air, forming long lines, and polluting the rain and damaging agriculture.
