DARVO: Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender
With regard to Ukraine this is exactly what the US is doing and … the US is recalcitrant.
The US has Denied (even if by ignoring facts to the contrary) installing a puppet regime in Kiev, bringing nazis to power in Europe again and destabilizing the country among a long list of crimes,
the US has Attacked Russia and the media (RT) for calling it out, and
Reversed the roles of Victim and Offender so that
those guilty (the Junta, Right Sector, CIA, etc) are now the victims and
the true victims (Berkut forces, democratically elected officials, Ukrainian citizens who are pro-federalization, Orthodox Christians, Crimeans, Jews, Pro-Russian Ukrainians, ethnic Russians and the Russian Federation) are the alleged offenders.
