@Curiouschickee Incredibly painful - but somehow I slept well. My dressing burst late last night, too late to be bothered with it at well past midnight, so I just patched it up and went to bed.
Just about to do it properly, as soon as my Oramorph kicks in, but I really don't like how it feels.
