@curlytops1 @Curiouschickee Hi Michelle. At the moment I take a tub of cottage cheese to bed, plus half a dozen Jaffa cakes - that gives me a decent night's sleep. I still wake up quite a bit, but mostly I sleep.

This morning, when I got up, I was ravenous, so I grabbed my last six Jaffa cakes - and now I can barely stay awake!

So it's obviously those that are helping me to sleep (more so that the cottage cheese), and on my next Sainsbury's order I must stock up. 6 of them are 276 kcals - a lot less than fruit cake!
