Re: Follow Da Money- Honey

Edward Bass, like many others seems to be reaching for his brass ring from the Michael Jackson Carousel of Mullah - not only trying to make a profit off what rightfully belongs solely to Michael's children but making threats to "expose" the MJEstate executors, if not allowed to do so.. hmhm - We say.. take a number and get in the back of the fucking line Mr. Bass.

The MJEstate executors’ diligence should be appreciated, as copyright and ownership of his brand was extremely important to Michael early on, as indicated in the book "Michael Jackson Inc., " written by Forbes senior editor, Zack O'Malley Greenberg. As other more astute fans have already pointed out- Michael was keen on signing proper release forms and confidentiality agreements throughout his lifetime. Especially after Bashir openly defied their agreement to allow Michael first viewing & approval of Living With Michael Jackson, then did a hatchet job on Michael's character. We all know how Bashir’s editing and airing of that biased and darkly narrated documentary was the catalyst for Sneddon's MJOCD to kick in after 10 yrs of waiting for some sliver to harass Michael Jackson again.

Is the MJEstate supposed to allow another unknown entity to have free reign to do that again?

Additionally, not only are the executors of his Estate protecting Michael’s image, they are also ensuring that any profit to be made from any documentary goes directly to Michael's legitimate heirs- which are his three children.

Who else but his heirs have the right to profit from their father's image and who else but the men he put in charge to protect his vast multifaceted financial empire, are going to legally wrangle to discover what exactly Michael’s signed release forms included and to what extent of the photo shoot was meant to be published or aired?

As for Bass threatening to expose any financial malfeasance on Branca and McClain's part as executors. They are legally bound to present financial accounting to Probate court and on top of that- Katherine Jackson has already had a separate independent audit of the MJEstate accounting and everything was proven in order.

To add other personal family dimensions to this issue, on his website, Joe Jackson has also recently and very publicly lauded the MJEstate for taking such great care of his wife, Katherine and Michael's three children.

It was also reported that Marlon, Tito, Jermaine and Jackie have expressed a desire to be part of any new album venture the MJEstate may have in the pipeline utilizing what seems to be a rather extensive collection of worktapes in Michael's music vault.

Michael’s eldest son recently posted an instagram after viewing MJOne multiple times, with his personal approval of the mastery in which it depicts his father’s legendary genius.

With the majority of the family seemingly supportive of the MJEstate executors’ abilities to handle his Estate - the question begs- Just who is Edward Bass and what is his motive for spending millions in litigation and to produce this “Follow the Money” documentary on a point that seems rather mute?
