@suejaneizzard And beware of KitchenAid mixers - massively underpowered and rather small - look great, I admit, but it ends there. Even the Kenwood Classic outperforms it, Overpriced too.
I bought one - it went back. Next to the Classic I had at the time it was like a toy. And if you overloaded it had a frangible cog in the gear train that was designed to self-destruct, meaning you had to strip the thing to replace it. Some models now have a standard resettable trip switch, others are still trapped in 1930.
