@Cat_Cassels About as stable as a very unstable thing. Something has to change, and fast before this kills me.

I'd identified triggers that set of pulmonary oedema, and avoiding them worked - briefly. Now, though, it seems anything - or nothing - can set it off. Even, based on today's experience, just getting out of bed.

As for heart failure, I have an opinion that I don't have it - but they have no proof. As far as I'm concerned, if I have the full set of symptoms, I must have HF. The symptoms don't point anywhere else. And anyway, the early signs of HF were Dx in 1996 - if I had it then, I have it now - it doesn't go away!
