@Cat_Cassels Actually, what he says is convincing or, at least, it would be were it not for the pre-existing body of opinion, plus my own research and experience.
And as I might have said, when the pulmo and cardio teams were both staking a claim to me in hospital, the ward sister and I sat down with my file to compare the two claims - cardio won, without a doubt based on the evidence.
In the event, though, pulmo came out on top simply by being more numerous and louder!.
