@curlytops1 Oh, and the with the timings in the Idiots Guide, so far, at least, the longer times have been more accurate (where it says 6 to 10 hours, I've set it at 8 hours), and in converting degrees F to C I've rounded up to the nearest 5 degrees. So, for example, 51.5 C would be rounded up to 55 C. It does no harm to the produce but it speeds things up significantly.
