@curlytops1 Just one thing and it seems common to all makes - the racks are said to be very fragile and break or crack easily.
To be honest, I can't see a problem if you treat them as what they are - plastic! Drop them, or toss them in the sink, they'll break, but I really can't see them coming to any harm with normal use.
As I said, a lot of poor reviews are down to user error.
