@curlytops1 Read the letter.
I sent him 3 highly-detailed pages (the one I posted on my blog), telling him what's wrong and what drugs I need to put it right. All of which was based on experience and supported by the literature for each condition.
His letter says I haven't told him what I need, so will I drop him a note and tell him (subtext - he can't be bothered reading my letter!).
He also says he hasn't had the cardiologist's report. I got my copy weeks ago, so I don't believe him.
