TIP OF THE ICEBERG ONLY SHOWING - CORRUPTION IN THE JODI ARIAS CASE

cbs5az.com You know, this latest revelation of child porn having been in all probability deleted from the files of Alexander's computer, and this fact hidden by the prosecution and investigating team, I think it is time to revisit the story they came up with to explain Travis' criminal record. Four members of that family, if you count Travis among them, had criminal records. Sandra Webber, a supporter of Jodi, did an internet search to see what she could turn up on Travis Alexander. A criminal record came up. He had been prosecuted for stealing drugs from a chemist shop to make methamphetamine. The Alexander family has a generational history with meth labs. When he and his female accomplice were confronted by the chemist, Travis and the woman assaulted them.

When the defense team found that Travis had a criminal record, that was quickly quashed by the prosecution. Travis' brother hastily came forward and claimed he had impersonated his brother, that it was a case of stolen identity/theft. Lily white Travis couldn't possibly be a criminal. The jury bought it at the time. Juan Martinez told them to. Would they buy it now? I doubt it very much indeed.

Now we find the prosecution has been let us say, not truthful at all; at best economical with the truth in this case. Once again, as many of us suspected all along, this question of Travis' criminal record being legit has reared its ugly head.

How can we believe the prosecution when they say that was NOT Travis' criminal record when they deleted thousands of files from his computer, highly likely to contain child porn among them? What's one more deletion, ladies and gentlemen?

Then of course, there's the ridiculous situation of prosecution forensic expert Horn initially asserting the gun was used first and then changing his horse mid-stream, getting on back the front, and complying with pressure put on by Martinez to say that the gun was used last.

For any reasonably intelligent person, looking at the overall situation in retrospect, it is clear that Juan Martinez and Horn are complicit in all of this. After they arrest Flores, they should suspend Juan Martinez and Horn pending investigation. This prosecution team were prepared to send Jodi Arias to the death chamber with their lies.

Why? Whom and what were they protecting? Surely not just Travis Alexander alone. Was it the reputation of the LDS church? A pedophile ring? Investigating detective Flores is a Mormon. Horn too reversed his testimony, in order to secure a conviction. Once again, why? Why was it so important to get Jodi Arias into that death chamber as quickly as possible? What might be revealed about them all?

Why was the death of this woman who threatened to blow the lid of them all so important? Was there money, big money involved? Pre-Paid Legal, instituted by the LDS church, was under investigation at the time by the Federal Government for fraud. Bernie Madoff is serving a never-to-be-released sentence for exactly the same kind of fraud. Mysteriously, the Feds dropped all charges against Pre-Paid Legal after Travis' death. Pre-Paid Legal became Legal Shield.

Those six computer programs Travis had installed: were they designed to cover only his pedophile tracks, or more? Were they also there to cover his also illegal tracks with Pre-Paid Legal and their shonky operations? Is that why we have had reports of Chris Hughes, senior to Travis in Pre-Paid Legal, higher up the pyramid, going into Travis' house after his death to tamper with his computer? There were police present, crime scene tape around the house, yet they let Chris Hughes through onto and into a classified murder scene. Why did they exempt him? He had no authority to be there at all. Who authorized his visit? More importantly, why?
