@curlytops1 Me too. I want to process some carrots and other root veg.
One thing to bear in mind. In the Idiots' Guide it tells you to blanche some veg (the free book doesn't). I've ignored that and just given them a 10-minute soak in citric acid and they've been absolutely fine.
