Nassau County stands in solidarity with the brave men and women of law enforcement throughout this nation.
To honor the memories of the two NYPD officers who were assassinated in cold blood, I have ordered that all County buildings fly flags at half-staff for one week.
May God watch over the families of officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos as well as all those who keep our cities, communities and nation safe.
