My concert experience.

The Birmingham show was definitely the best day of my life! Me and mom woke up early to get there. Once we arrived at the venue, we couldn't see anyone lol, but then we noticed two guys in yellow so we asked them where the queue started. Both security guys were so funny! The one was like, "oh, you're looking for: we are the champions!" - he was literally singing and waving haha. He pointed us in the right direction and we thanked them once they'd told us to have a great time (of course we did, best day of my life haha). So, once we got round to the standing queue, there wasn't that many people there. It was just approaching 1pm and I thought there would be quite a few more people lol. Anyway, me and mom got our numbers - 30 and 31 \0/ The security guy marked our hands and then we waited haha. I queued with mom for a total of just under 6 hours. It was freezing and it did rain at one point - I couldn't feel my feet. (Note to self: wear another pair of socks next time lol). Whilst waiting, I had a number of conversations with a few of those in line. One fan, who definitely was inspired by Adam in terms of his appearance, was so sweet and I just had great convos. I stood in the line the whole time and didn't sit down once. When the time came, around 6:30, the first 120 people (I think), who had their number and a wristband were let in!! Early access!!!! I ran-walked to the spot I wanted and I got my dream spot which was front row B stage!!! During the hour and some before the concert started, me and mom got into another conversation with another gentleman. He was asking me about my discovery of Adam and how many shows I'd been doing this tour. I asked him about Hammersmith and how many shows he'd done - told me he'd done London like me, also he'd done Manchester and would also be going Nottingham too. He also told me about the times he'd met Brian and Rodger. Incredible! Queen fans are honestly amazing and sweet people!! I had my black/red QAL top on, which I'd purchased at the London gig, by the way haha. And of course, I had my eye full with liner, and my nails painted red. So, when the curtain finally went up, like in London, my heart sank by seeing my Glam God so close up. I have to say this now, he's so beautiful! Seriously! I was that close I could see the sparkle in his eyes - no lie. One Vision kicked in and he looked like a bad ass mother fucker in that leather. Also, his hair! Adam's hair is life! So fluffy and unfy! The concert went on and I just couldn't stop smiling, waving, clapping, stomping and singing along. I just had the perfectttttt view! I had an amazing view for Killer Queen and all the songs which take place on the B stage and songs where parts are on the B stage - Under Pressure, Who Wants To Live Forever, 39, Drum Battle, We Are The Champions. Nevertheless, the view from the main stage I had was stunning!!!! It was like watching in the best HD haha and the music!!! So loud and electrifying! I wasn't in the wet zone but I was just to the left of it for Killer Queen. Witnessing "Fat Ass Bitches Get On Your Bikes And Ride!" that close was so unfy I was fanning myself haha. And, being so close when Adam sang my favourite part of Who Wants To Live Forever was insane! I broke down a bit haha, but not as much as I did during Save Me - stunning and kind of chilling as well, which I loved the feeling of! Also, I Want It All, which is a personal fave. One highlight of the night I'm still crying over: ADAM FUCKING LAMBERT TOUCHED ME! DURING RADIO GAGA. I TOUCHED THE GOD HAHA! HIS SKIN IS SOOO SMOOTH! I couldn't believe when that happened. I'm still not functioning properly lol. Mom also got a touch from Adam too! Also, me and mom both got into Brian's selfie. That's another wish come true. In the same picture as rock royalty?! Insane!! Obviously Bohemian Rhapsody was stunning! When Freddie came on the screen I got chills! Then was the encore of We Will Rock You and We Are The Champions - where Adam gave me DIRECT EYE CONTACT. Probably because I was waving at him like crazy hehe. Wearing a crown on his head like a true king! So yeah, the best night of my life! Being front row in the presence of legends and a legend in the making was phenomenal. Still can't get over the fact that my fave band are working with my idol - it just warms me up inside. There is nothing quite like being there in person and having this kind of experience. I will never forget this ever. This tour, lost me my Adam concert virginity and my Queen concert virginity too. Without question, the whole set up and everything is just pure genius - right down to the gold confetti that falls at the end. It was an honour to be there, both the Birmingham and the London show. Only feels like yesterday I was feeling my heart in my throat from the worry of being able to get tickets but I did it! Seriously, it's the best concert you'll ever see in your life. I'm not saying that as a Glambert or a Queen fan, I'm saying it as a lover of music, who knows something incredibly special when she sees and hears it. Adam's vocals hit me straight in the heart - the air that I breathe. Rodger and Rufus' drum playing is out of this world and so is Brian's guitar playing, and Neil and Spike are phenomenal too. Lastly, a big thank you to my mom, who without, my two concerts would not have been possible. Concert aside, one of my favourite things about my two shows was the look on my mom's face because she's been a Queen fan since forever and it was an honour to share this experience of the shows with her, and my little sister at the London show hehe. Mom was smiling throughout and having a blast! Birmingham was so special! Adam and the guys unconsciously made my life with that concert! I guarantee at school on Monday I'll be silently stomping and tapping on my desk as I sing the songs in my head. I'll look back on this experience with so much happiness it's unreal!! As artists in their own right, Queen and Adam are artists where I can't tell you how the concerts really were. It's personal for each individual but there's always general similarities that people feel. It's all about the feels haha. It just has to be seen! Even though I'm not going to anymore shows this tour, I'm over the moon for those of you that are! On an end note, rock and roll is just fucking awesome, right? Queen + Adam Lambert is a once in a life time experience. You'd be crazy to miss it!
