This is to provide a courtesy notification about the upcoming long-term closure of the eastbound frontage road between the Midway On-ramp and Welch Road.
The closure will begin Thursday, Jan. 29 at 9 a.m, and is expected to last approximately three weeks.
Those needing to access residential areas may use southbound Midway and Harvest Hill as detours. Traffic along the eastbound frontage road will need to take the Midway On-ramp towards the eastbound main lanes, and use the EB exit to Inwood to maneuver around the closure.
The purpose of this closure is to construct the permanent lanes of the frontage road in this area. The Midway On-ramp will also be shifted slightly east during this construction.
